Dialogue and Practice in the Depth Dimensions of Living and Dying

Discourse: Private, confidential conversation with individuals and/or groups including context and practices within a distinctly musical phenomenology.

Kirtan: Sacred rhythms and chant in group format.

Release: Expressive platforms for working through anxiety, depression, and other cognitive and emotional difficulties.

Healing: Easing away from engrained past/present overwhelming experience and skills for re-regulation of the mind/body, mental/emotional physiology.

Silence: Resting in the space behind the cacophony. (Self Inquiry, Mindfulness, and Concentration Practices).

Rhythm Circles: Grounded breath and heart practices. (Includes drumming and/or rhythm instruments and pranayama)

Improvisation, practice methods, and expansion: solo, duet, trio, etc.; ensemble, orchestra, choir

Curated Playlists: Music meditations and background music for somatic practices.

♥ A Final Note: As a death and dying witness (doula), sitting with those and their family and friends in the last days, moments of their physical existence with comforting offerings of sacred sounds and music aligned with their own cosmology.
