Dialogue: Private, confidential conversation with individuals and/or groups including somatic practices.

Presence: Grounded life path enhancement and / or developing and expanding skills for solo (individual) expression and ensemble (community) interaction. Somatics, postures, precepts

Release: Expressive platforms for working through cognitive and emotional challenges and growing edges.

Healing: Easing away from engrained past/present overwhelming experience with skills for re-regulation of the mind/body, mental/emotional physiology.

Silence: Resting in the space behind the cacophony. (Self Inquiry, Mindfulness, and Concentration Practices).

Kirtan: Sacred rhythms and chant in group format.

Pranayama: Breath practices for expanded awareness, grounded stability, and healing. Breath control is essential to vocal presence. Chant itself is a pranayama.

Rhythm Circles: Grounded breath and heart practices. (Includes drumming and/or rhythm instruments and pranayama)

Improvisation, Practice Methods, and Expansion: solo, duet, trio, etc.; ensemble, orchestra, choir

Curated Playlists: Music meditations and background music for events, ceremonies, classes, somatic practices, or simply listening.

♥ A Final Note: Sitting with those and their family and friends before, during, and after the last days, moments of their physical existence with calming guidance and comforting offerings of sacred sounds and music aligned with their own cosmology.

 

A professional musician; Mark has dedicated himself to his practice of music, spirituality, and somatic disciplines since childhood. He has recently retired from a 30-year clinical psychotherapy practice based in transpersonal somatics.
